潘立新Li-xin pan湖南省平江县人，在部队自卫反击战中荣获二等战功，退伍回乡后被平江县评为优秀复退军人多次。从小酷爱书画，多次荣获优秀奖特别喜爱毛体书法。

现为国家一级书法师、国家高级书法师、中央国家机关书法家协会会员、央广国际新闻艺术委员会副主席，孔子美术馆《中国艺坛名家工作室》、北京京华阁书画院常务副院长、原文化部副部长潘震宙题词“中国艺术家”、中国国礼艺术名家、中华卫视艺术风采栏目组艺术总监、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员、中国通俗文艺研究会员、中国文化艺术研究会会员、中国青年书画家协会会员、湖南省直属书画家协会会员、湖南艺海书画院理事、岳阳市书法家协会会员、长沙市天心区书画家协会理事、中国韶山毛体艺术研究中心会员。

2016年湖南省纪念毛泽东诞生123周年三只熊杯首届全国书画大赛入展并荣获优秀奖，2017年荣获中国书画500强《百佳人物》荣誉称号2017中国书画信息网签约书画家,2017年在第四届中国书画活动中特聘为中国环艺环保志愿者,作品被中央栗战书委员长收藏。原中央组织部副部长李锐收藏,国务院原副总理吴桂贤收藏。国务院新闻办公室主任曾建徽收藏,中华宗教总会常务理事会李峰收藏、中国韶山毛家饭店创始人汤瑞仁收藏,国际国内外友人收藏等。2018年受邀参加纪念毛泽东诞生125周年中国韶山全国毛泽东书画作品成果展,中国第四届环艺书画入展荣获一等奖,2018年中国第四届环艺书画入展荣获二等奖。2019年参加民族文化宫“通者文脉”全国书画名家邀请展。作品荣获全国第五届“一带一路”中华国礼杯,书画大展赛金奖。2020年1月18日参加第四届国际中国公益事业大典活动荣获“2020年度国际中国艺坛领航人物奖”。2021年携代表作品《沁园春》在春节期间作为品牌中国行特邀艺术家霸屏高铁站向全国人民拜年。荣誉称号一级美术师中国国礼艺术名家国家高级书法师。

Pan Lixin, a native of Pingjiang County, Hunan Province, won the second-class combat merit in the army's self-defense and counterattack. After returning home from the army, he was rated as an excellent retired soldier by Pingjiang County for many times. I have been fond of painting and calligraphy since childhood, and I have won many awards of excellence, especially hairy calligraphy.

Currently, he is a national first-class calligrapher, a national senior Calligrapher, a member of the Calligraphers' Association of Central State Organs, and a vice chairman of the International Press and Art Committee of Central Guangzhou.
